Manning Elliott started life in 1985 as a small general architects practice in Keswick, Cumbria.  Since then we have grown to our current level of 13 staff comprising: 4 architects, 7 technical staff, an office manager / financial controller and an administrative assistant.

We are a general practice and our specialisms developed over the years are: housing; healthcare; commercial (offices, retail, public houses); sports & leisure; interior design.

We are seeking a dynamic, design driven BIM/Project Architect, with circa 5 years post qualification experience who is both ambitious and motivated enough to want to take control of their career and help in the running of a small but busy Chartered Practice in the Lake District.

Our Practice is well established and our workload is varied comprising housing, leisure, healthcare, retail and commercial projects which range in value from small/minor works to multi million pound commissions. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute and will be proven at growing and developing new and existing Client working relationships locally and nationwide.

This represents an exceptional, demanding opportunity for the right profile candidate.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
