Hotel & Bar Refurbishment, Extension and New Build Accommodation
Ellastone, Staffordshire
The Duncombe Arms is a popular public house and hotel based in Staffordshire. Manning Elliott have been involved in the development of this business since the present owners first purchased the property in 2010. The first phase of the development included the full refurbishment of the existing dilapidated pub building including an extension to accommodate the new kitchen.
Recently, we have completed a new build bedroom block, called Walnut House, which adds an additional 10 bedrooms to the hotel and houses a coffee servery. A further extension to the kitchen has also been designed and built. The hotel regularly feature in national press and well known for its hospitality and food.
