Proposal to replace an existing surface car park with a mixed-use retail development with multi-storey car parking.

A historic and sensitive site, we worked closely with the client, the design team and the Local Authority including conservation officers to develop a scheme appropriate for this important location.

With over 35,000 square foot of retail floorspace and over 300 car parking spaces, the development will have a major impact on the retail offering of the City of Carlisle and was well received by the Planning Committee who gave unanimous support.
