New Build House, Appleby-in-Westmorland

This fantastic self-build property comprises a modern open-plan living space, sunroom, five spacious bedrooms and attached double garage. Our Architects worked closely with the client to design a bespoke, traditional looking dwelling with modern proportions and features adjacent to an existing farm. The house has been finished in locally sourced sandstone with beautiful views across the north Pennines.
