Blease Road, Threlkeld

This housing development is located within the heart of the Lake District. It will consist of 8 local occupancy dwellings, three of which will be affordable.

As this is a National Park conservation area it’s essential that our designs are sensitive to their surrounding landscape; that site activity is respectful of local people, natural habitats and the land; and that local materials, methods and resources are used wherever possible.
