Kirkby Stephen Business Park

Starting in 2005 this project has involved the design and build of a brand new business and industrial park on the outskirts of the historic town of Kirkby Stephen.  There are 20 completed units and a further two currently under construction. The site covers 3 acres of land previously used for farming.  The units are mixed usage consisting of offices, studios, workshops and warehouses.  All 20 completed units are occupied by companies such as solicitors, designers, mechanics, postal services, sales companies and tradesmen.  All are designed to suit the occupant’s requirements and range from 500ft2 to 5000ft2.
