Manning Elliott Architects have submitted and secured a successful variation of condition application for two new dwellings in the heart of the Lake District National Park on the edge of Bassenthwaite, close to the popular Lakes Distillery for a private developer client. Although we encountered significant delays throughout the planning process; once the application was allocated to an officer it was swiftly approved due to the comprehensive submission and high quality design.

These bespoke, one of a kind 3 bedroom bungalows, each approximately 150m2, comprise of spacious modern interiors with fantastic views thanks to fully glazed gables. Finished in modern, high quality materials such as zinc, timber cladding and stonework this small exclusive development is likely to be incredibly popular.
