Windermere Rooms

Formally The Regent Hotel, this building is located in the prominent and popular tourist location of Ambleside, Cumbria.  

The project involved an extensive renovation and internal reconfiguration of the existing facilities to support and enhance the use of the building. The works comprised of creating 11 additional guest bedroom suites, external alterations to the fenestration, the replacement of the extensive slate roof and the renewal of mechanical and electrical equipment. Windermere Rooms now form the bedroom annexe to the Wateredge Inn and is currently trading at almost full capacity.
